The two sides agreed to deepen cooperation on economic security. They also discussed critical raw materials cooperation.
Other Cooperation
Progress was made towards Australia’s association with Horizon Europe for 2027. The EU and Australia also underlined alignment on geopolitical issues.
Work on the Security and Defence Partnership was also in implementation. Australia was named President of Negotiations for UNFCC COP 31.
