Tallink Grupp Issues New Shares via Option Exercise

• AS Tallink Grupp issued 5,216,300 new ordinary shares through monetary contributions.

• Total ordinary shares outstanding now stand at 748,785,364.
• Seventy option holders subscribed for the shares, while 2,053,700 unexercised options were cancelled.
• The exercised option programme was approved on 13 June 2023.

Share Issuance

AS Tallink Grupp said, in a single disclosure, that it issued 5,216,300 new ordinary shares. Investors paid for the shares through monetary contributions. The new shares carry ISIN EE3100004466.

Total ordinary shares outstanding rise to 748,785,364. Tallink Grupp will apply to list the new shares on Nasdaq Tallinn. The company is headquartered at Sadama 5, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia.

Option Exercise

Seventy option holders exercised their rights under the share option programme. They subscribed for 5,216,300 shares in total. The programme was approved on 13 June 2023.

Tallink Grupp cancelled 2,053,700 unexercised options tied to the same programme.
