Agreement

OTC Markets Group Inc., trading as OTCQX: OTCM, signed a market data agreement with CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited. CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited is the Hong Kong wealth management platform of CITIC Securities, operating under parent company CITIC Securities International.

CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited serves high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. It offers funds, trusts, bonds, structured investment products, securities and futures, distributed through a browser-based trading platform and mobile application.

Market Scope

OTC Markets Group operates the OTCQX, OTCQB, OTCID and Pink Limited markets, described as the OTCQX® Best Market, OTCQB® Venture Market, OTCID™ Basic Market, and Pink Limited™ Market. OTC Markets Group quotes more than 12,000 securities.

International companies account for more than 90% of total dollar volume traded on OTC Markets. Many of those securities are cross-traded on Euronext, LSE, TSE, ASX and other exchanges.

Real-time data from OTC Markets Group is available to premium subscribers. OTC Link ATS provides delayed quotes with a 15-minute delay, available from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
