Deal Terms
ParaZero Technologies Ltd. signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with ThirdEye Systems Ltd. on Sept. 15, 2026. The MOU remains subject to execution of definitive documentation.
Scope
The agreement explores development, integration and commercialization of a complete Counter-UAS solution. It combines ThirdEye's detection and sensor capabilities with ParaZero's DefendAir net-based physical interception technology. The companies will initially focus on protecting armored vehicle platforms from drone threats.
The cooperation includes creation of a complete integrated detect-to-defeat architecture covering the full Counter-UAS engagement cycle. That architecture has already been field-tested. Potential future applications include critical infrastructure, strategic sites and other sensitive assets.
