If you judge a broker by the trading environment this is near the top of the market. Judge it by the people and it is unremarkable — long queues on chat and no phone line in my region. I stay because my costs are low and my fills are honest.
Beginner (under 1 year) · Standard account ·
I held through a CPI release, which was my mistake, and my stop filled eighteen pips beyond where it sat. Support explained gapping accurately but took five days to answer at all. The costs are good when markets are calm; I would not trade events here again.
Professional (10+ years) · Pro account ·
They told me before I funded which entity would hold the account and what that meant for leverage and compensation cover, in writing, without me having to press. That is unusual and it is the single most important thing a broker can be clear about.
